Also known as Tender Services.

Open or enclosed motor launches (tenders) that are used when the cruise ship is unable to berth at an island or port. When stepping on or off a tender, passengers should remember to extend 'forearm to forearm' to the person assisting them. They should not grip their hands as this simply has the effect of immobilising the helper.
