Reception Desk

This may also be known as the Purser's Office, guest relations, or information desk.

Centrally located, the Reception Desk is the nerve centre of the ship for general passenger information and problems. Opening hours (for some ships, 24 hours) are typically posted outside the office and given in the Daily Program.
